Mallory Penney has a passion for improvisation and organizational development. She is a member of the Applied Improvisation Network and holds a B.A. in Theater and Performance Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. As a team strategist, Mallory helps her clients strengthen communication & leadership skills through applied improvisation team building programs. Mallory is a firm believer that “fun” is the operative word when it comes to peeling away inhibitions in the workplace to allow collaboration and effective communication to emerge.

Robert R. Boller, Ed.D believes authentic and skilled communication is the cornerstone of personal and professional success. He draws on content expertise in public speaking, leadership, organizational theory, interpersonal communication, persuasion, group communication, argumentation, intercultural communication, and acting techniques.
Rob has been a university debate coach, professional actor, dj, and guest speaker at the Harvard Kennedy School. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to high ranking military officers, to international keynote speakers. Rob holds B.A. in Communications from the University of California at Santa Barbara, an M.A. in Speech from the University of Hawai’i, and an Ed.D in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. He currently works as an adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco in the Department of Rhetoric and Composition.
